The Branches of the US Government are Executive,Legislative,and Judicial.The Executive Branch enforces the law of the land.The president is at the top of this branch.Then comes Vice President,Cabinet,and a list of different Secretaries.Theirs Secretary of Treasury,Currency,Defense,Transportation,Inland Security,etc.The next Branch of the US Government is The Legislative Branch.This Branch is in charge of writing bills (laws).Congress is at the top of this Branch.Next comes the Senate which is split up into small states and big states.This was decided by The Founding Fathers after much debate.Last there is The House of Representatives.The last Branch of the US Government is The Judicial Branch.It is the highest court in the country.This is the branch in charge of judging laws.The Supreme Court which is at the top of the branch includes nine people.After the Supreme Court comes a list of lower courts such as Divorce Court,Small Claims,Peoples Court,Family Court,Traffic Court,etc.These are all of The Three Branches of the Government.
